1. Online Educational Services
Noorani Rasta provides digital and online educational services, including Quran reading, Noorani Qaida, Tajweed, Quran memorization, and Islamic education.
Because our services involve scheduled classes and teacher time, refunds may be subject to the conditions described below.
2. Cancellation Before Classes Begin
If you cancel your enrollment before your first scheduled class, you may request a refund.
Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting any non-refundable payment processing or administrative charges, where applicable.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your enrollment.
3. Refunds After Classes Have Started
Once classes have started, refunds may be considered based on the circumstances and the number of classes already provided.
Generally, fees for classes that have already been attended or provided are non-refundable.
If you have a genuine issue with the service, please contact us so that we can review your situation and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution.
4. Missed Classes by Students
If a student misses a scheduled class without prior notice, the class may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund.
Where possible, students or parents should inform us in advance if they are unable to attend a scheduled class.
Any make-up class will depend on teacher availability and the applicable course arrangements.
5. Classes Cancelled by Noorani Rasta
If Noorani Rasta cancels a class or is unable to provide a scheduled service, we may offer:
- A replacement or make-up class;
- Rescheduling of the class; or
- A refund for the affected class, where appropriate.
6. Technical Problems
Students are responsible for having a suitable device and reliable internet connection for online classes.
If a class cannot take place because of a technical problem on the student’s side, the class may not automatically qualify for a refund.
However, if a technical problem is caused by Noorani Rasta or our service provider and the class cannot reasonably be completed, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class or provide an appropriate solution.
7. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or are charged incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible.
After verifying the payment, we will work with you to correct the issue and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss a payment issue, please contact us with:
- Your name
- Student’s name, if applicable
- Email address
- Course or class details
- Payment date
- Reason for the refund request
- Relevant payment information or transaction reference

9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method where possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
10. No Physical Product Returns
Noorani Rasta primarily provides online educational services and digital learning materials. Therefore, there are generally no physical products to return.
